This is for EVERY adult who plans on going to All Saints Camp 2010.  If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact Kathy or Kristen.  We will still need your completed application by May 20, 2010.  Mail or drop off to Holy Trinity Cathedral.

 

NEW THIS YEAR!  We are asking for Background Checks of ALL STAFF.  For those of you who already have current clearances (such as those employed by a school district), you just need to attach a copy of the "cleared" form or card (front and back.)  For those of you who do not have current clearances, ASC will pay for a Background Check.  We are only seeking information on arrests and federal offenses.  We are NOT seeking information on local traffic tickets or credit reports.  Your privacy at each step will be of our utmost concern. 

For those of you still needing Background Checks, we will be asking for your full name, Social Security Number, and residing address (no P.O. boxes) at the meeting.  We will then give that information to the Background Check company on Friday, May 21, 2010.  Once we have a copy of a "cleared" form and attach it to your application, we will shred the Social Security Numbers and keep no record of them.

 

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter as we tread new ground.  We are not asking this because of any mistrust we have for the amazing folks who put so much time and effort into our annual camp, but because we realize that in our current times, we need to stay one step ahead in our information society.  We're being realistic.  We have nothing but the goal of protecting the All Saints Pan-Orthodox Summer Camp that we have ALL worked so hard and long to see come to fruition!

The All Saints Pan Orthodox Summer Camp is from Sunday, June 6, 2010 through Friday, June 11, 2010.  It is held at the El Nathan Retreat Center/ Christian Campground in Flagstaff, AZ.  Campers entering 4th grade through those entering 12th grade are welcome. Entering 3rd grade may be added depending on interest.
